Slow and low is how we cook here at Baba Kevin's American Barbecue. We smoke our pork shoulders, chuck roasts, and briskets for up to 24 hours next to a smoldering fire of fruit woods and natural charcoal, masterfully controlling temperature, air flow, and moisture. This makes our meats amazingly tender and unbelievably juicy. We're the only place in town that serves authentic American backyard barbecue from a real American pitmaster.
