Pescadores & Formosa Co., Ltd was established by Taiwanese Researcher & Developer Jet Tsai in Kaohsiung,Taiwan in 1970. P&F produces only cementitious relative materials, such as: fast setting & early strength type, self-leveling, wall-decoration materials, and many kinds of structure repairing series. In 1998, P&F expanded its market to XuGuan-Suzhou,China with the name of Suzhou PenJi Synthetic Building Materials Co.,Ltd, and started using M-Tec, the German made production system at LinKing Complex Materials Co.,Ltd in 2004 in WuJiang-Suzhou. These three companies have all registered their trademark and logo as Bonddex, which it continuously helps this industry to provide the best solutions, and build up better results because of all the experiences it has gotten. 台灣澎記工業有限公司是在1970年代由蔡純榮先生創辦於台灣高雄市. 澎記一直都是專註於水泥相關類型材料：超早強砂漿，自流平，牆面裝飾面材料，及許多快速修補用途系列。 自從1998年起，澎記拓展新的市場並在中國的蘇州許關鎮成立國內的第一生產工廠及創辦蘇州澎記合成建材有限公司，2004年開始使用德國原裝進口的磨泰克（m-tec）生產設備位於在蘇州吳江區的生產基地，並另外在吳江廠註冊新的分公司名，林美複合材料蘇州有限公司。這三家公司付分別都有在中國大陸的工商局及台灣的經濟部智慧財產局註冊邦得士（Bonddex）商標及圖騰。這40年來我們一直努力的在研發及創新，並且持續提供最好的工藝及施工方案給我們的客戶，及持續創造良好的結果就因為我們持續擁有越來越多的經驗。
